Ivan 17/landfall just east of Pensacola; poss. 120kts @ land

It's definitely not going to weaken as an annular. I wouldn't rule out a little intensification, but anyhow this is a Category 4 landfall event coming up here in a few hours.

Here's the forecast from earlier today (right now I'm down to one forecast per storm per day since I only have time for 2 forecasts a day):

As slow as the forecast track moves here, it is really difficult to pan out anything ahead of 120 hours, so right now I'm saying northern Bahamas. One thing I am pushing a little is modesty with intensification; there's alot of shear ahead of Jeanne.

Your way farther east than the NHC. You take the system SOUTH of me. Interesting.

Weatherwizard, the last two positions are like 15 miles from me. I know
he will be much weaker then, but will my head still be above water?
