Morning person or Evening person

#1 Postby bfez1 » Fri Apr 04, 2003 12:04 pm

I love mornings but I get lazy in the afternoons. Love an afternoon nap. And I am in bed most of the time between 9 and 10 each night. Maybe even a little earlier than that :lol
P.S. I have trouble staying up past midnight on New Year's Eve and on quite a few I didn't

"LOL!' bfez1, ME TOO! My wedding anniversary is on New Years Eve, we have NEVER made it to midnight. NOW.....me, I'm a MORNING person BIG TIME, after 20 years as a meat cutter and having to be at the market by 0500, I'm STILL getting up at 0400 every stinkin' morning, I cannot stay in bed past 0500, "IF" I do, I feel as if I've wasted the WHOLE day. Our normal bedtime, your gonna laugh at this, is around 2000 to 2030 hrs (8 p.m.)

My ex-wife use to and still does sleeps to 1200-1300 in the afternoon (seriously, this is PART of the reason why she is my EX!)

Morning person here. I get up early and have most energy at this time. I get tired easily at night and have to struggle to stay awake LATE.

I am definitely a morning person. Only time I stay up late is when there is severe weather or a huge assignment due the next day! :)

Maybe it's because I come from a family full of musicians, or maybe it was all those 7 pm-5 am shifts in STL...I'm a "graveyard" person.

I'm more of a night person, however, because of my work schedule now (for the last 2½ years) - I'm been transplanted to the morning person role ... :17:

After previously working the evening shift
for so many years, I never thought I'd say
it, but, now, I'm a morning person!

And, another A_MEN on the first-thing-in-the-morning
coffee - that's breakfast, for me! :D

I am at my best in the morning and bottom out around 2:00 in the afternoon. I often take a nap after work and then get a second wind in the evening.
