that should be short lived if she continues her track over the DR. However, as we all know this has been an "unusual" hurricane season.

Wow it looks nice but most of the convection is still east of the storm. In order for it to intensify that convection needs to wrap around the center.

She probably will weaken to a TS before moving back over water

Oh definitely, I think its a TS right now. If its gets torn up however, there is the large area of convection to the east of Jeanne, I think it is some part of her, and I think that if it separates from the remnants of Jeanne it can form something on its own.
