Yeah..heard that just now on CNN :( they have to shoot him if they find him...they are worried he could kill someone. (along with several other alligators that escaped from the zoo.

How deep is the water, and how far does it go there? a 1200lb gater can hide pretty good with all the junk floating around. @_@

Kinda reminds me of some movies... lake placid maybe.... I heard there were people in a hotel trapped...imagine a alligator trying to get in... the fear, and the movie like ... ahhhhhhhh

here's what you do, get a 1K lb. test line and bait it with a small goat, then drag around behind a boat until you catch him. :lol:

I read elsewhere here at HH that there are deer loose from that zoo, too.

Crocs have been known to eat antelope and wildebeest at watering holes in Africa.

Chucky and his gator buds may feast on a deer if they're hungry.

It would be a gourmet meal. Apparently, the deer that are loose are"expensive and exotic ". MMMM Goood Eats!!!

Well, let me be the first to say if this zoo hadn't existed Chucky would be in the wild and probably not a threat to anyone right now. I do see the danger and likely he will be killed. There are zoo's that do wonderful things, preserving a species. I just haven't found visiting the zoo and viewing caged animals enjoyment for a long time now.

we have alligators here on campus. granted they are small, and the fraternities like to swim with them for intitations.
