I think for the most part men are evening people and women are morning persons. Cept young men and women usually only like the evening.

I've always enjoyed evenings/nights more than the morning hours. I have gotten used to staying up late in the last couple years.

I'm a night person. It's my personal belief that nothing good happens before 10am.

My husband is a morning person. Gets up so early he has to take a nap to make it to his 9:30 bedtime.

Well...what does this say about my habits?

I picked my oldest son up at Sky Harbor Airport and brought him back to our house last night at midnight...only to be back up and at the computer by 5:20 this morning.

"Sleeping in" to me is 5:30 am even on weekends.

Much of the habit comes from my need to be at the office by 6:15 each morning...and that is 18 miles from here!

Like most of the other morning people, a night like last night...staying up to midnight, requires serious concentration and a mission (like driving to the airport). I think the last late night talk show I watched until it went off the air was Jack Parr!
