Question re: Jeanne
Alot of speculation as to whether Jeanne will survive or not. So lets say that Jeanne does degenerate down to an open wave. Is it possible to regenerate back into a TS or hurricane or will the system remain as a wave (or dissipate altogether)? Thanks.

Well as of 8am less than 2 hours ago it was 65mph..It has had a presistant LLC visable prior to this morning..The weaker it gets the more difficulty it will have reorganizing due to the shear..an open wave to cane would be a big time reorganization..although it looks like it will have time over water for about anything to happen..

the system seems to be holding on because its riding the extreme northern coast and because of geography of dr and haiti, if Jeanne can move wnw as she has been it won't take long for her to get off the coast somewhat, where strenghtening will take place, abeit still circulation being affecting by huge land mass. Don't see a dissapation of system like Ortt says, unless it resumes westerly course.
