Yep...they just updated the floaters...it's now on one instead of two:

They switched the floaters. Float 1 is now on Jeanne, Float 2 is on Karl.

The center is definitely emerging off the coast ... now we'll see if any convection starts to pop over her ...

Once the convection start if it does, then its all over she's back in full force.
