The best Storm Stories episode is.....

#1 Postby mb229 » Fri Sep 17, 2004 2:06 pm

OK admit it. Between the hurricanes and the blizzards, we have to have our fix. I am not a Storm Stories fanatic, but admit to seeing them all..maybe once.

So which story is your fav? Mine is the 1967 Belvidere, IL tornado episode.

On a serious note, prayers and blessings to those impacted by TSs this year.

That tornado episode is great.

Because it was close to home, I think the Andrew episode (might be more than one actually) is excellent.

I don't remember the name of it, but it was about a fire storm in California.

As one who is mildly obsessed with Andrew I'd have to go with that one. Is there more than one Andrew episode?

I don't watch Storm Stories very often, my favorite storm series is 'The Wrath of God' on the history channel. I raced home the night Ivan struck Alabama, and at the same hour as landfall they were showing a episode I haven't seen (so it must be pretty new, although they showed Gavelston as the intro before the Labor Day Storm in the Keys and Camille, and left out Andrew) called 'Category 5.' I watched the episode and then switched to live coverage, which should show you how much 'The Wrath of God' fascinates me.
