Now maybe people will realise Hispaniola isn't a cakewalk for tropical systems..

5:00 winds are still 50 mph moving wnw at 8 going to make a come back and stall until about wed then make her move, just dont know where shes going to go yet

Wait.


Don't quit on Jeanne until her convection putters out. She's still too close to Ivan and is having trouble drawing energy across Pico Duarte to her south. The inflow from that direction gets cooled over the 10,000 foot range before reaching the core. I would wait still until it loses that trailing energy...
