Here's an interesting scenario!!

From the NWS local (eastern NC) discussion:

ONE INTERESTING NOTE IS THE FEW 12Z/17
ETA WHICH WANTS TO REVIVE IVAN OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST BY TUE... BUT
REGARDLESS THE STRONG HIGH SHOULD HOLD IT WELL TO OUR SOUTH.

@_@ Hope not.. let's pretend it went back into the ocean and regained strength and struck the US again? Would that mean it's ANOTHER major hurricane? Or would they not count it again?

^Aren't we already living through the second part of the "Ivan the Terrible" horror movie? (the tornadoes, flooding, etc)

That scenario better not verify.
