Major Hurricane #5 stats

Here are the years that Had 5 Major Hurricanes minimum and the date Major Hurricane #5 became a Major Hurricane.

2004 (Karl) September 18
1999 (Lenny) November 17
1996 (Isidore) September 28
1995 (Roxanne) October 11
1969 (Inga) October 5
1964 (Hilda) October 1
1961 (Esther) September 13
1958 (Ilsa) September 26
1955 (Janet) September 22
1933 (#18) October 5
1926 (#8) September 25
1916 (#12) October 12

1964 had 6 Maj hurricanes with 4 of them becoming cat4 or higher...With on of them becoming a cat5!

u starting to see some resemblences


a Major struck the west Coast of Florida

a category 2 struck the east coast of Florida

a major struk the Upper Gulf Coast

we have had 1 Category 5

No... The major hurricanes of this year are Alex, Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Karl. Danielle was only a category two.
