Need your advice

There is a 20ft to 30 ft tree leaning against a large window awning in the back yard. There are men in our neighborhoods that are doing tree work. Should I wait for a reputable, insured and bonded tree service in Mobile to remove the tree or should I let these guys do it. They took down a friends tree and she said they did a good job, but I doubt that they are insured.

Normally I'd use them, but if you have any concern about damage to your house, use licensed, bonded, and insured workmen at your house. Best case:no damage your house, worst case: a worker gets injured and sues you for coverage of their injuries.

Wait for an insured company to do it........These guys in the area might charge a bit less, but if they cause more damage, because they don't know what there doing, and have no insurance, you'll wish you had waited.

My neighbor does tree service for a living. Fully licenced and insured, he's been doing it for years, but I have heard stories of accidents from him, especially when a tree is close to a house or pool cage.

Wait for the insured tree guy to do it... You'll be glad. The risk of injury, further damage, etc. is too great.
