She is poised to intensify, she's just waiting for some favorable conditions. If she gets them, she'll go.

That form shouts re-formation. No fizzle there. So close to SE Florida!

If she follows the NHC route she'll have to interact with Karl's outflow...

If Jeanne doesn't know which way to go, it's only because she's waiting for Karl to go ask somebody for directions!

Wow, I pretty much wrote this one off. I haven't looked at any of the satellite loops for a few days. I check it today and it looks MUCH better organized. At least that's what it looks like to my untrained eye. Do yall think Jeanne will become a hurricane as the NHC predicts? Someone on another forum was saying that Joe Bastardi is still saying that this is a gulf storm. Do yall agree?

The outflow is great for a weak TS.

Never be too quick with calling time of death on tropical cyclones.

The upper low that caused the old LLC to be separated from the convection yesterday was also responsible for enhancing and sustaining convection through diffluence ... the new low reformed, and the effects of the ULL are clearly seen with the reformation. The upper low continues to pull away and the TC is self-sustaining and the outflow is quite healthy once again ... But what Jeanne lacks is a solid inner-core. Banding features are becoming better defined, and the circulation is much larger than the predecessor low which sheared out yesterday.

It sure looks like Jeanne is back, I really thought she was history yesterday when the LLC popped out and raced WSW.

If this thing does decide to come towards Fla.. it'd probably be an eternity before she arrives

As expected, the usual threat to Fla post from Jo. Not saying it wont happen, but I just pointing this out.

It'd be stupid not to acknowledge it as a threat.

Jeanne has come back completely from near-death. She's still weak, but the structure is looking mighty fine.

All she need is some more convection around her center and then thats it she's going to blow up.
