Since it isn't quite as organized now, plus they don't have visible satellite imagery, I think they will upgrade it at 11 tomorrow morning.

Since the depression looks a mess, and plus it being so close to kyle which is effecting it i say tomorrow at 5 p.m.

To me it seems that it might not even survive due to kyle beating it up. But i guess time will tell.

It's understandable...there was a Kyle a few years ago...no biggie, Wxbuddy. :)

Kyle was in 2002.Including tropical depression stages. The storm lasted 23 days...
from the last third of September through the first third/nearly half of October.

The vast majority of us remember it for sure.....
