Ian sounds good. Since Ivan is a spanish name, I would personally like Iago.

Since Charley and Frances will also probably be retired, I would retire them with Cedric and Felicity, respectively.

Remember that the replacement name will have to be a male, Spanish name.

Additionally, it cannot be a current I-name, nor a retired I name.
