SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MELBOURNE FLORIDA
1040AM MON SEPT 20TH 2004

BEAR SPOTTED JUMPING ON ST CLOUD TRAMPOLINE

At 1030AM.. A BEAR WAS SPOTTED JUMPING ON A TRAMPOLINE ON MICHIGAN AVENUE.. MOVING NORTH AT ABOUT 2 MPH.

PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS BEAR SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR INCESSANT GROWLING OR WATCHING THE BEAR JUMP ON THE TRAMPOLINE TILL HE BREAKS IT.

THE BEAR IS A NATIVE BLACK BEAR IS NOT AFRAID TO JUMP INTO A TREE.

THIS BEAR WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM EASTERN TIME.

REPEATING: THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A BEAR WARNING FOR ST CLOUD IN OSCEOLA COUNTY UNTIL 1145 AM

BEAR SPOTTED AT ST CLOUD HIGH SCHOOL PE CLASS

At 1045 AM A BLACK BEAR WAS SPOTTED AT A ST CLOUD HS PE CLASS.. POSSIBLY HEADED IN THE DIRECTION OF THE SCIENCE LAB

STUDENTS SHOULD BE ADVISED TO GIVE UP THEIR PACKED LUNCHES OR TO NOT PET THE BEAR IF HE APPROACHES.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION.. TAKE COVER NOW..

A BEAR WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ST CLOUD TILL 1145 AM ET

At 1105 AM.. A BLACK BEAR WAS SPOTTED WALKING DOWN HWY 192.. HEADED IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF THE HEARTLAND COMMUNITY CHURCH.

RUMOR HAS IT THE BEAR NEEDS TO GO TO A CONFESSIONAL.

THE BEAR IS MOVING AT ABOUT 3 MPH.

PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS BEAR SHOULD RUSH TO COMPLETE BEAR PRECAUTIONS.

The Bear on a Trampoline warning is still in effect. Local news station WKMG in Orlando has captured the first video of this bear.
