We are quite breezy today also.The Jacksonville news said we are under a "Lake Effect Advisory". I have never heard of that. Can some one please explain?

Since you have water in lakes, the conditions that would lead to wave or coastal flood warnings are instead labeled inland wind warnings or lake wind warnings. Like for lake okeechobee, it's inland, it's a lake, but it can have nasty conditions of an ocean coastline. HTH. Someone might have the official designation at their fingertips.
