This is very detailed and is also concerns some of the talk and rumors about an Ivan rebirth ... which doesn't seem too likely, IMHO ...

It all depends on this system just east of Florida in the Gulf Stream. Ivans baby? I believe this system has a chance to be Jeannes big brother Mathew. It has plenty of moisture with it. It has been raining buckets in EC Fl. this morning
