from cangialosi (I am busy developing a favorability index for the atlantic basin regarding atmospheric conditions, so I wont be forecasting much

Hmmm, is that south of where the NHC has it projected? Closer to ME???? perhaps?

that ridge would have to stop shifting east or ebcome much stronger for this to make it to sfla
