In MB he said it is a "bear watch" with a snicker. Waiting for the 1800 newscast now.

LMAO he is saying it "BEARS WATCHING", again........with an evil little grin.........says something that the forecast will be alarming to some. Says if it is not strong, may not see anything but the big question is the High and it could get close to the grandstrand. Equating it with track of Bertha, Fran and Bonnie, Sunday night and Monday.
Not exactly a direct hit, but we all need to go over our hurricane plans, just in case.

Refuse to stress myself out over this. It is all subject to change and besides, can't change it so will just have to deal with the outcome. Tomorrow is gonna be BBBBEEEuTEEEful :sun:

Our Met in North Carolina said: "I'm going to have to go with Florida on this one, because if I don't I will be called out for wanting it to hit here."

The random stations I've been watching say it's something to keep an eye on, but that's about all they've said so far.

same with here cswitwer...(well i guess we're in the same place) they point at the track (forecast) and then point to where charleston is---as if we can't see the big red dot that says charleston on the map in front of us!!!---and then say "we'll have to watch this"...or "it will be interesting to see what unfolds by monady"...etc

WOW. This is a first for the MB mets then coz they hardly ever say much to freak anyone out. They even made the point of saying that people may not like the forecast so much ect. But I think Ed Piotroski just likes saying a "bear watch". Maybe he has been lurking here. 8-) But he is stressing to be prepared and that is more then we have got in some time.

Our Mets are saying it's not something we need to be concerned with "right now". But, we still will keep an eye on it...
