Big ouch!!!! Why did I look? I told myself, I wasn't going to pay one bit of attention to any threat to Florida until at least 24 hours...and, here I am again, hanging on every model run!!

its an east coast storm cape escape it probally wont affect us i am on the cape too

Thanks for the words of encouragment, but I keep hearing GOM, South Florida...etc. Life was just beginning to seem "normal" again *sigh*

cape escape normal ! houses are still boarded up and i dont know about you but im always checking the latest model i have not been normal since charley

Thats very true..me too. But, things were seeming al ittle more alive, ya know ...just a little, but right now, I'll grasp at any chance of normal. I keep saying that our once beautiful city now looks like the slums with all of the wood up!

hmmm, i think we all know the models are not reliable this far out..esp. with all of the atmospheric variables in place...but i definitely wouldn't have a hard time believing that this is going to SMASH another part of FLA..maybe they deserve it? I'm sure they don't but maybe the man upstairs is taking out some wrath for the 2000 election?
