Jeanne is a hurricane. Easy put. Your classic storm. 100 mph. Not too weak, not too strong, has an eye, is circular, and is threatening land. Do get anymore average than that?

I expect Jeanne to begin to move west, then west-northwest. At 96 hours, I expect a brief landfall near the Cape, then i expect it to move back over water towards the South Carolina coast.

I don't see much to weaken Jeanne except land. I AM NOT taking Jeanne to major hurricane status, however, Jeanne can become one very easy. Category 2/3 hurricane at the Florida landfall, then a category 2 on the South Carolina coast.
