In prep mode once again..

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Thu Sep 23, 2004 1:25 pm

I and a lot of my neighbors are in prep mode once again as it looks like Jeanne may be headed my way..

My only question is whether it'll cross the peninsula and get into the Gulf.. Or will it kinda ride the coast or go just inland as the 5 day track seems to think.

This is our 3rd strike it looks like.. Bless our pea pickin little hearts lol

Fifth for Florida... don't forget about Bonnie

But I think they were referring to their specific area... Kissimmee

Josephine96 it appears that you may be right about a potential Florida landfall. I know that Frances hit further up north but in Broward county here there was enough damage around my house to tell my brain to prepare even harder for Jeanne because she might be stronger at landfall compared to Frances. I misjudged you(eventhough not on this board) and I wanna take a moment to appologize to you for that. Just stay safe and dont try to be a hero by going outside and trying to film Jeanne if she comes your way.

Josephine96, if you need water better go to the store, water shelves are getting low...... Just came back from publix.

This has been the most bizarre hurricane season I have ever seen and I've lived in Florida most of my life......

So once again it's Hurry Up and Wait!
