Out by 5 AM they will be, latest 11 AM, yes yes. Likely the whole EC of FL will have them yes yes.

If i were to guess, I would say the entire East Coast from Miami-Dade up to the FL-GA border

I highly doubt the Keys will get any watches or warnings
