Pressure same... EYEWALL IS OPEN... and I have no idea what the bolded part means. Winds are same as well...

I assume it means: Maximum flight level temperature: 14°C (57°F) .| . 045/08NM sounds like 8 nautical milles northeast of the flight level center

Yes... 26 degrees, 7 minutes north is 26.12°N. :)

Max flight level winds were measured over 55miles from the center.
