insurance adjuster experiences

#1 Postby quazar » Fri Sep 24, 2004 9:31 am

What can I expect and how long does it take for them to show up? Are they fair or do they try to pay out as little as possible? I have trees leaning on my house, roof damage, fireplace cracked, etc., but am afraid to start repairs because the insurance may not agree with prices of repairs and I'll be left paying the difference.

Thanks!

It depends on your insurance company and your adjuster I have found Fema to me much more helpful. If you havn't contated them I would do so. Whatever your insurance doesn't pay Fema will help cover. Cindy
