HURRICANE LOCAL STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MELBOURNE FL
1145 AM EDT FRI SEP 24 2004
AN INLAND HURRICANE WIND WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR ALL INTERIOR
COUNTIES...INCLUDING LAKE...SEMINOLE...ORANGE...OSCEOLA...AND
OKEECHOBEE. THIS MEANS THAT HURRICANE FORCE WINDS ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE WATCH AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 36 HOURS.

At first, I thought it was related to something with Major League Baseball. I thought to myself -- wow, the NHC is getting serious now. They're taking into account religious holidays and sporting events.
