Almost perfect Cat 4/5 symmetry present. When she reaches the warmer waters and the gulf stream, i have a bad feeling she's going to explode into a Cat 4 at least.
She's a relatively compact storm like Charley. It won't take long for her to strengthen. Charley went from Cat 2 to Cat 4 in only 4 hours.

Jeanne has an amazing structure for a Cat 2

reminds me of isabel last year... very un-impressive on ir... and that proved to be an un-impressive storm for the most part due to little heavy rain transporting that stronger wind to the surface... sort of a mid level storm instead of at the surface... the dry air is still impeding her... but that should fall by the way side soon....

jason...
the dry air completely broke down the eye.....big huge area of dry air in the center of circulation...
symmetry of moderately cold cloudtops surrounding the center decent......banding of dry air that was evident is no longer there....only dry air problem is in the center.
has a way to go to organize an inner core and begin tightening again...nhc made reference to expanded windfield maxima which is obvious on sat....
