actually Frances dumped 5 inches of rain on me here....i know thats not much compared to you guys...but its significant here. Ivan on the other hand totally missed us

Not really... it did well in short-term... but not long-term.

Exact opposite I believe, and you can correct me if you have back up, it was the first and insisted on NC Gullf when others pointe at the Peninsula for a couple days.

At times yes.. I understand what you are saying... but everyone is corrected at one time or another.
