94 knots x .90 = 85 mph (nothing has change)

Pressure dropped 3mb... that's a change. Winds will follow. Pressure will continue to drop.

Incorrect... 94 knots equals 85 knots at the surface which is 100 mph.

No it wasnt, that was the vortex in the S Eyewall that said Cat 1.
