I usually watch KTRK (the Houston ABC affiliate) for morning news before 7 AM, then switch to Today since I'm a die-hard NBC fan and since KPRC (the Houston NBC affiliate) breaks in with their weather and news at 7:25. So I can get 3 morning news briefings within an hour before going to work.

Unless I wake up to breaking news like I did with the shuttle Columbia -- then it's straight to FoxNews!

Usually Im too much of a bum to watch early morning TV .... by the time I finish hitting the snooze bar I have no time left to find the remote! When I do have time, its usually CNN, with a little TWC during the commericals....

It is rare that I am up to watch the morning shows. In fact, I am up closer to the time the morning shows begin than waking up to them.

I would watch (or at least listen to "Fox & Friends." I tune into "Your Weather Today" when I am awake, especially when there is a chance
strong to severe thunderstorms, especially during the dry season.

I record the first half-hour of Today every morning, as well as a little of the local news and MSNBC. I'm never up that early(and if I am, the day will suck badly  ) I am NOT a morning person at all.

ESPN sportscenter... that's IF I have time to watch TV. I intern at NBC 26 in Green Bay... I'll hear the news quite frequently at that place.

I especially love the banter between Katie Couric and Kojo(?) -the fashion guy.

Tough call though when Jack Hanna is on GMA.

I usually watch Ozarks Today followed by a few minutes of the Today Show before heading off to school.
