My Guess- Palm Beach Landfall

The NOGAPS and ETA are interpreting the steering flow better than all the models. So, Palm Beach landfall looks like the most likely scenario now.

My sisters are in Wellington. Do you think it will go that far west?

Wellignton is 8-10 miles inland, maybe 12 or 15, so yea if it makes it to the coast, then hurricane winds will certainly extend that far in.

We live in Royal Palm Beach and during Frances we had Hurricane force winds for 24 hours as did Wellington. Wellington is on the south side of Southern Blvd. ( US 98). We are on the North side and West of US 441. 8-)

Thanks everyone. I think they are evacuating to another sister's house in Pembroke Pines. They said Frances was horrible....They lived in Hialeah for Andrew and were hit by a tornado down there.

Good thoughts everyone.
