It is the eyewall...but the scan is so far out, that, because of the curvature of the Earth, the radar is seeing precip way the heck up there.

I don't think that is the eyewall.. but its IMO.

Actually it is, because it's getting pretty close to Great Abaco Island, and that's the vertical island near that curing feature on radar. Wow.
