Where in the west coast of FL are you located? Such as a county or city?

Well, there's another thread asking if it's gonna get upgraded at 5am to a Cat 3 because of winds... also this is definitely worth a look:
http://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=47580
That to me shows the outer bands are already on top of Florida so absent any reassuring info from a good met, I (who am not a met) would not expect the best weather Saturday. The national weather service in Tampa Friday night (kind of early on) suggested that winds Saturday night might keep people from working outside so they should finish their preps early... looking at that link I mentioned, I'm wondering if any later than morning is even reasonable. Good luck, and take care.

Yoda, that's based on the NHC's track right? So, if she goes more west that could change for the worse right? I hate to keep bugging you, but I think alott of us on this coast are still suffering from Charley aftershocks! And, after seeing what happend to Orlando and such after Charley, many of us are a but jumpy...Thank you so much for all your help and understanding!
