Do the Gulfstream waters begin right after it passes the western tip of Grand Bahama?

The storm is entering recurve. The larger north eyewall you see is like Frances. The smaller one will close and the north wall will take over in 280*...

Sanibel:

Can you please explain about "in 280*". What does that mean? A movement to 280 degrees? In your opinion, has the recurvature started? Is the ridge having effects this early?

Totally don't see what yoru talking about... *chuckles* The larger north eyewall....smaller one? There's only one eyewall and recon didn't say there were concentric eyewalls and not seeing one on sat loops or radar either.

LOL there is no way in heck it is going 280 right now. It has been steady at 27 N if not sinking back down to 26.9 N. I would say about 270 motion overal with a + of 2 degrees a - of 10 degrees. As I have showed you it is 270 or less based on 2 to 3 Pm stats

2 PM- 27.0 N 77.9 W

3 PM- 27.0 N 78.4 W

Using just eyes on the sat loop, it did a kind of an arc. Gained some latitude probably.

Less than perfect eye encouraging for any sign of leveling.
