It would appear so, It hasn't gained any Northern Longitude. Right now it is about 105 miles Due East of Martin County line.

It was 27.0N @ 2 PM. I'd say it's moving west.

For those who haved said it is recurving this position damps their thinking of recurving as it is moving mainly west with some little wobbles north of due west.

It's done up again .1N in two hours, so I wouldn't say due west yet.
