No he did not...He said that the outer eyewall is taking over. In that normally when a hurricane is nearing land that likes to tighten up. I agree with that...I say there is a chance for 120 mph hurricane at landfall. I think he said cat4 at most?

Considering landfall will be during or right after
the satellite eclipse... anything is possible...
if you know what I mean... and I think you do

NHC is making me son angry again. This looks better then when Ivan made landfall and the pressure is 951 yet only 115. This is more like 125-130

I saw the JB segment on TV... he did not say anything about a Cat 5, that's BS....he said it could get stronger as some hurricanes tend to tighten up their eye structure somewhat as they approach land, which could increase the wind speed by 10-15 mph, and he did say that he thought this one would be the worst of the four to hit Florida, but I never heard him mention Cat 5 at all...

EXACTLY. And NHC is the first to say that intensity is unreliable to predict.

I know just about enough to sound like I know what I'm talking about sometimes. But for your safety please follow the nhc for truly professional forecasting. :D
