Not weakening?

Looking at the last radar loop from Melborne, if anything, it looks like the N eyewall is getting better developed with a large area of red now showing, the yellow completely wraps around the eye in the last few frames, and the outer rainbands are starting to show red sections as well.

i saw that on the video feed. That's got to be a brutal band to be under. The video feed is reporting many roofs out in Fort Pierce (Police Chief talking about not being able to rescue them).

Unbelieveable! Reports of winds of 130 knots existing in offshore bands just above the surface...

Where did you get that from and what does that mean at the surface?
