once again went through southern eyewall in northern palm beach county, i have seen the reports of winds and definetly believe they were stronger than what was reported (80+ sustained, 105 gusts in Vero) I say this b/c during the height of the storm (was able to see nasty stuff come in on doppler b/c we didn't lost power) i stepped outside on the road leaned into the wind and was briefly lifted 2-3 inches off the ground. As soon as the wind let up a little I ran inside scared for my life. Won't ever do that again. Didn't have an anemometer, so anyone know what kind of wind would do that to a 170lb male.
