Good morning, everyone:
Well, I glad we all made it rather unscathed in SW FL. We never lost power (of course, we now have a generator!!). Winds have remained just at tropical storm strength with gusts to 52. It was much windier than I expected but we've had little rain.
That being said my heart goes out to all of those who suffered signifcant and catastrophic damage. I am also quite worried about my son in Tampa, a college roommate in Sarasota and another special friend just slightly north of there.
Kevin, thanks for starting this thread. Don't be a stranger on Storm2K.

Just getting back on myself... GREAT job, Kevin!
I'm glad she did make the turn northward, it does look like the NHC's track could bear out. Current conditions are wind still sustained 30-35, with gusts from 40-50 MPH.
Pressure is 29.40 and rising, from a recorded low of 29.18 (988mb).
I lost yet more soffit panels (haven't started those repairs since Charley due to the busy season), but no real damage to report here as of yet. Kevin, keep up your outstanding work!
