No TS Warning in the Tallahassee area?

Wh no TS warning in this area of the big bend. Clearly they are going to recieve TS conditions at this point. Heck, it is still a hurricane and almost off the coast.

They've been under a warning since 5pm yesterday...

AT 5 PM EDT...2100Z...A TROPICAL STORM WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED
ALONG THE WEST COAST OF FLORIDA TO THE OCHLOCKONEE RIVER.
A TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS NOW EFFECT FOR THE WEST COAST OF FLORIDA
FROM EAST CAPE SABLE NORTHWARD TO THE OCHLOCKONEE RIVER.

AT 11 PM EDT...0300Z...THE TROPICAL STORM WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED
WESTWARD ALONG THE GULF COAST OF NORTHERN FLORIDA TO INDIAN PASS. A
TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS NOW EFFECT FOR THE GULF COAST OF FLORIDA
FROM EAST CAPE SABLE NORTHWARD TO INDIAN PASS.

Ok...the reason I was unsure is that on http://www.srh.weather.gov/tlh/ if you click on those counties the counties do not have the TS warning listed as part of thier advisories. It is only purple offshore
