Chance of restrengthening? Panhandle reentry point?

If/when Jeanne hits the GOM, any chance she'll remain a hurricane and not a TS?

Where do you all think she'll go back in? St Marks/Tally area or more like Steinhatchee?

Upwelling with cooler waters and the fact the center is near the coast will likely preclude strengthening. In fact some additional weakening is expected with possibly 60-65 mph winds in the panhandle or northern Florida. I don't expect it to become a hurricane again.
