That is very much barley but it looks to have made a slight jog back to the NW from the NNW it was going and got barely into the gulf. Now back NNW.

Ok Thanks Storms Fury. I told you it looked Barely over the water. So most of the center is still over land. The lowest pressure does show part of the center over water but not enough technically to call it back over the water.

Also SF is it me or is there still some really good rains in the NW sector of this storm.?
