No water at Shell Point...boats hanging

Just talked to buddy at Shell Point. Said never seen "no" water even at low tide. Right now there is no water. His boat sitting on bottom of canal.

Ahh...good ole off shore flow...this happened to our Bayou here in Mississippi when Frances went to our east a few weeks ago. I also remember the water getting low with Opal
