SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT
NWS MELBOURNE FLORIDA
415PM TUES SEPT 28TH 2004

COW SPOTTED RUNNING DOWN 192 LIKE BULL IN DALLAS LAST WK

AT 405 PM..A COW WITH BLACK SPOTS WAS SPOTTED RUNNING DOWN 192 AT ABOUT 15 MPH WHEN SPOTTED.. THUS A COW WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED

THE SPC HAS ISSUED A COW WARNING UNTIL 430 PM ET. PERSONS IN THE PATH SHOULD TAKE THEIR COW PRECAUTIONS NOW..

THE SPC HAS ALSO ISSUED A COW WATCH FOR CENTRAL FLA UNTIL 830 PM

I did, however, spot a loose goat near the turnpike.
