Lisa continues to grow and now it doesn't look to be affected by shear or maybe the shear is very low. Lisa has a good chance to become our 8th hurricane of the season in the next day or so.

That is the worst looking organized tropical system I have ever seen. But it looks like it can grow into something dangerous.
