Hurricane Awareness

There have been so many tragic stories concerning people that made the wrong decisions this year. I'd like to recommend next May we dedicate the month to tips for preparation, tips for survival and tips for recovery. Storm2K has grown by leaps and bounds this year with so many new people who only discovered us because they had a need. Next year let's save lives and teach those who haven't been through it yet how to be here when it's over. If I learned one thing this year personally it's preparation, preparation and then preparation! For years I suffered criticism from family and friends for being the "hurricane nut" over prepared and always worried. They aren't criticizing anymore.

Great suggestion! We tried to put together a lot of hurricane prep information this year but we can always try harder :-)
