Possible Rabbit popping out of the hat at 17N 83W....sure looks like a circulation to my untrained eye......last few frames anyway...

Wont form anytime soon due to the closeness to C. America but ciuld sneak into the BOC later this week.

Been tracking it all day. I see the center as cutting the Honduras/Nicaragua corner over land right now. The rotation your are seing in the decent convection is a sheared reflection in the robust convection at the mid-level.

If the overwater section were the LLC center it would probably take off faster. I think it will keep struggling...
