i was saying a few days ago watch east of barbados. looks interesting

Big interaction between upper trough and tropical wave and strong upper shear in the area in plain words no tropical development however a subtropical low may form in the central atlantic in the comming days.

I doubt it will form until it starts to move north. Shears pretty heavy where its at right now.

What that in the center of the deep convection? Its like a hole. Maybe an eye like structure?? It kinda looks like a miniature hurricane.
