One saving factor will be a shear not allowing rapid organization. I say Thursday Morning also! Thank God for that or I would be heading to the store right now!

Quick question. How do you know that they will use 95L and not 96 or 97? Can somebody please give me an explanation of the Invest system in a nutshell?

94L was used for Ivan 2, and 93L was eaten by Lisa. Whenever the NHC models (I think) issue model runs on a particular system, it is given an invest number, from 90 to 99. This means there is some potential for further development. 99.9% of storms are invests before storms.
